Amb. Michael Oren
Ambassador, Statesman and Historian
Advisory Board
Ambassador Michael Oren is now a seat on our Advisory Board. He has devoted his life to serving Israel and the Jewish people around the world.
As a Member of Knesset and Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, he interacted with foreign leaders and defended Israel in the media. He spearheaded efforts to strengthen Israel-Diaspora relations, to develop the Golan Heights, and to fight BDS.
Yael Shany

Dr. Ayal Shenhav

Dr. Shenhav represents many of Israel’s leading venture capital and private equity funds, advising them on their structure, taxation, and operations. He has been involved in complex M&A and financing transactions, representing investors, companies and founders.
Dr. Shenhav practiced law at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, served as Vice Dean of the Radzyner School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center Hertzliya and senior partner at Danziger Klagsbald & Co.
An Adjunct Professor at the Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center Hertzliya. He is also a frequent lecturer at seminars and conferences regarding venture capital and tax.
Dr. Shenhav is the Chairman of the IATI Law Firm and Accounting Firm Committee.

Sam is a CPA and has over 18 years of experience in various executive and financial positions in software, medical devices and technology companies. Currently the CEO of Kontroller CPM, combines business intelligence (BI) tools with financial consolidation and predictive analytics capabilities.
Served as VP Finance & Operations for Microsoft Israel; CFO of Babylon Software; CEO of IFP,
CFO of InspireMD, CEO of YouTradeFX and CFO of Cryptalgo.
Sam speaks Hebrew, English and Spanish and is a board member of the World Jewish Congress.

Prior to that, was Chief of staff at the Ports and Railways Authority, responsible for the merger of the state-owned railway and multiple

Shlomo Tyran
Foundation
Shlomo Tyran Foundation was established in order to commemorate Mr. Shlomo Tyran, one of the founders of Israel Computing industry. Founded ELAD systems & software. Awarded a life achievement award for pioneering tech and computing in Israel. Born in JM, served in the Armory, and took leading roles in the public and private sectors. Led numerous innovations in his roles at the Ministry of Transportation, including "Points" for traffic offenses, and a computerized theory tests.
Tyran foundation commemorates and continues Shlomo Tyran's legacy – giving and passing on forward. The foundation supports other organizations by encouraging innovation, creativity, excellence in fields of education, medicine, technology, computing and youth at risk.
Tyran was a fan of science fiction.
